Dave and I arrived back in the US on September 15. We have been burning up the highways since our arrival. I heard last night that we have driven over 12,000 miles at this point in time. Our supporters are so kind. The churches we have visited have taken great care of us, and we have been WELL fed. We were able to see all of our family members and have enjoyed spending time with everyone once again. I knew I missed all of them so very much, but was surprised to discover that we all picked up right where we left off. It was almost as if we had never left. I am now sitting at the dining room table of some of our dear friends. Their little people are being bathed and placed into their beds one by one for the night. We've had such a wonderful time with them last night and today. We will spend tomorrow with them and leave to spend next week with Dave's family in Gatlinburg, TN. I know, I know it's probably the number 1 "tourist trap" in the US, but at least we'll be in that "tourist trap" together. Happy Thanksgiving to all!!
